DR. KOUTSIOUKIS
Dentist
A native of Greenville, SC, Dr. Koutsioukis graduated from Wofford College in 1986, where he was an active member of the National Blue Key Honor Fraternity and elected as “Who’s Who among Students in American Universities & Colleges”. He served as class president at the Medical University of South Carolina’s College of Dental Medicine, receiving his doctorate in 1990 and the honorary American College of Dentists Award. After completing his general practice residency at Richland Memorial Hospital in 1991, he received his fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry in 1996. Dr. K is committed to continuing education, and is an alumnus of the prestigious Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
Dr. K is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, South Carolina Dental Society, American Dental Association, and the Greenville County Dental Society. Tiffany Samples has served as Dr. K’s dental assistant since August 1998. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Greenville Technical College in May 1998. Tiffany is certified in chair side assisting, dental radiography, CPR, nitrous oxide monitoring, and operating room procedures.

Dental Hygienist
Cathy Nguyen joined our practice in August 2016 as Dr. Koutsioukis’ Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2012 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and then proceeded with her Associates in Science from Greenville Technical College in 2016. Cathy is certified in CPR, Nitrous Oxide monitoring, administration of local anesthesia, and Dental Radiography. Cathy has a positive and outgoing personality and likes to build relationships with her patients. She loves dogs, especially her 11 year old Chihuahua, relaxing in her spare time, and spending time with her close friends and family.

Office Administrator
Jean Gorman has been Office Administrator since September 2014. She has over 15 years of experience in the dental field covering everything from insurance, billing, treatment planning and marketing. In her free time Jean enjoys spending time with her daughters and grandchildren as well as doing volunteer work and enjoying many activities and events the upstate has to offer.
