Here at Spyros A. Koutsioukis, D.M.D. insurance payments are welcomed and accepted. Our team will do everything possible to help you maximize your benefits. We would be happy to file a predetermination request with your insurance company to estimate your benefits and out-of-pocket expense, if you are unsure of your coverage for a certain procedure. Please note that we only file predetermination’s at the patient’s request, and all balances are ultimately the patient’s responsibility.

Discounts

A discount of 5% will be applied for all payments made in full by cash or personal check for MAJOR dental procedures, and payments must be made on or before the initial day of treatment.

Senior citizens 65 and older will receive a 10% discount on all visits.
